Beast is might
The king of the Deva commanded the Yaksa to train Beasts for warfare.
Thus, Nontaguwane, prince of the Yaksa, ordered a grand fortress to be built, comprising holding pens, training grounds, and cages located above ground and underground.
The forest surrounding the Nagaโs sacred lands near the waterfall was encroached upon, trees were cut down for its wood to be used in this massive undertaking. When the colossal structure was finished, the Giants ensnared hundreds of lions and began to tame them for training. Rumors began to spread among the Khonthan that a gigantic black serpent was also kept at the highest spire in the Sky Island.
At that time, Yaga, leader of the remaining Naga tribe who survived the Devaโs invasion, amassed forces and raided the temple. They managed to destroy cages of lions trapped both above ground and underground, and set the ravenous beasts loose upon the defending forces, sending the wounded Giants fleeing for their lives. The Naga made camp there for three nights, until a group of warriors decided to attack the Sky Island to face the forces within.
Cheewasit, rider of the black hera, opposed the idea, but to no avail. All the Naga warriors marched upon the summit of the Sky Castle, but none returned. Cheewasit and the few warriors that remained then stayed at the foothills.
Naratha, chief of the Khonthanโs tribe, gives you an order
to hunt down the Black Serpent in the Ruins of the Old Yaksa Fortress.
This fortress is made from laterite stone mined from the mountain. It was built to study, breed, and try to train captured Black Serpent for use in war.
At the front, it is a defensive area. There is a Yaksa army, sub-units, weapons, and Tsagaan pack. And the back part, is a cell for imprisoning the Black Serpent, it is the place for research and breeding, which is in the area of Nontakuwane, prince of Alaka (Yaksa kingdom).
This fortress was built on the edge of the plateau, thrust into the deep wood which is the area of Naga. Yaksa invaded the forest and killed Naga, leading to conflict among them and losing Naga fled into the deeper forest.
Many years later, Naga gathered their squad to take revenge, secretly poisoning water and supplies. After Yaksaโs forces weaken, Naga commits arson from the outside, tempting them to burn them. The use of fire makes Black Serpent frightened, trying to escape until the cage collapses. Yaksa and Naga fled and survived, but not much. The Black Serpent dug deep into the darker, moister place. in the cave under the fortress for hiding and breeding.
The front fortress was left behind, and then creatures and monsters moved in, Deva needs us to search, opening the way and hunting down the Black Serpent, to get rid of his mistakes instead of sending their troops and losing. The intention of Khonthan is to collect the children of the Black Serpent, return them to Deva and continue the Quests.
